I believe a person’s personal interpretations/definitions of whatever after 100% reading/comprehending the actual meanings/facts/definitions tell/show you about that individual’s mindsets and more. On a personal conscious life level.
To me, leading is never about putting anyone down via arrogance first on purpose first, directly/indirectly FIRST. Leading shouldn’t be egoistical. It’s never about making everyone happy (Pessimistic exists), but that’s doesn’t give a leader the rights to judge/shame decent types of people with contrasting personal passions/happiness/preferences in life [Such leaders are literally influencing/encouraging others to judge/shame people that are minding their own personal lives/businesses FIRST when everyone is actually intelligent, wise, genesis, etc., in their own ways as well]. A leader will fail in another expert’s personal gifted skills, passions, talents, etc., and vice versa. That’s why comparison is inapplicable.
Mutual respect FIRST and respecting personal differences/passions/ambitions FIRST are essential in leadership & peace to me. It’s about making the right decisions [goal/peace/lawfulness contexts] and keeping everyone effected in mind concerning time.
It’s never cool/noble to harass/insult anyone via their social stratification via immorality first on purpose first. Immoral leaders never dare to truly anger virtuous individuals above their rank let alone directly/passively/maliciously attack/insult/shame them (Maybe that’s why they’re expressing their truest self via evil intents first on purpose first to the innocent, gullible, etc., individuals as they’re controlled by their virtuous superiors). Virtuous CEOs/individuals 100% comprehend this; powers are responsibilities. (It’s one of life’s inevitable laws).
